Roseblood d'Estoublon

Roseblood Sparkling Rose NV

Trade Tools

Produced for the first time at the estate, Roseblood d’Estoublon Sparkling Rosé is carefully crafted to be a wine of finesse, structure and intense aromatics that can be enjoyed at any occasion. The crown-shaped label pays homage to the estate’s circular rose gardens, arched architecture and ornate tapestries.

VINEYARD

Grown at 350+ meters above sea level on diverse soil types of clay-limestone, red earth, gravel and flint.

WINEMAKING

Estoublon's unique approach to the Charmat method results in a signature vibrant and rich wine. Grapes are pressed; part of the juice is fermented into base wine, while the rest is kept as frozen must. The base wine is transferred to pressurized tanks in preparation for the Charmat process. Frozen juice is then added under pressure to trigger the second fermentation, creating bubbles without added sugar and preserving natural fruit richness.

TASTING NOTE

Aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, enhanced with hints of peach, a delicate floral edge and pastry notes.
