January 21, 2026 - A d’Aussières Rosé is a vibrant, full-bodied expression of Grenache and Syrah, grown in the estate’s cool microclimate. The top 50% of stony and sandy plots contribute to its complexity, with notes of blood orange, raspberry, and a touch of grapefruit. Pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the wine is matured on the lees for several weeks to enhance its richness.
Quinta do Noval Nacional Vintage Port 2023

January 16, 2026 - The Nacional parcel at Quinta do Noval, with ungrafted vines untouched by phylloxera, produces a unique wine, often made in years when the Quinta doesn't declare a Vintage Port. In years of dual production, the Nacional remains quite distinct as the more opulent of the two. Known for its power, the Nacional offers aromas of dark fruits, spices, mint, and licorice. The palate is rich and fresh, with concentrated blackberry fruit, intense tannins, and remarkable depth.

January 16, 2026 - This wine is a remarkable example of the Noval style. Treated exactly like a Vintage Port with only noble grape varieties that sourced exclusively from estate vineyards, trodden by foot and unfiltered. This expression differs in its extended aging, seeing five years in casks instead of the typical two years for Vintage Ports. Definitely an LBV with a difference, this wine has fine structured tannins, great freshness and purity of fruit. It is delicious to drink today, but will age beautifully in its bottle.
