Aged a minimum of four years in deeply charred new American oak, the Colorado Straight Bourbon has just enough spice to get your attention, with hints of cinnamon, caramel, and honey in the background. Grains are sourced from nearby farms, and are distilled with fresh, Rocky Mountain spring water.
Fermentation

All grains are milled and mashed on site into large, stainless steel fermenters heated by steam. Fermentation lasts about 5 days
