VINIFICATION
Hand-harvested from the Casarena estate vineyards in Luján de Cuyo. Aged 3-6 months in used oak to give structure & complexity to the wine without imparting any oak flavor.
TASTING NOTES
Aromas of raspberries and ripe red fruits. The mouth feel shows good concentration and structure, with a soft texture and sweet, round tannins. The wine has a long, lingering finish with fresh, lively acidity.
FOOD PAIRING
Pairs well with bbq ribs, chicken wings, charcuterie, cheddar cheese.
