Yuzu Ginger Punch
It’s not your kid’s lemonade stand. Yuzu Ginger Punch starts with Anytime’s regenerative organic vodka and then is packed with real yuzu and lemon, juniper, and a dash of salt, for a citrus forward flavor explosion that’s tart, sweet, and very much spiked. Great for backyard days, chili crisp everything, crudité plates, and birthday parties.
Base Ingredients
Sparkling water, organic vodka, yuzu juice, lemon juice, sugar, ginger extract, star anise extract, caraway extract, pink peppercorn extract, monk fruit, juniper extract, salt, citric acid.
Anytime custom distills a regenerative organic wheat based vodka that is crisp, clean and smooth. The yuzu is cold-pressed in Japan by The Yuzu Co., who partners with multi-generational farmers in historic yuzu regions of the Shikoku and Kyushu Islands.
Production
All ingredients are made into extracts direct from their sources – no artificially crafted “flavorings” to be found. These are combined with sparkling water and Anytime’s organic Farmhouse Vodka, a full grain-to-glass production where everything is milled, mashed, fermented, and distilled on-site.
Tasting Note
Juicy, bold, peppery – Perfectly balanced sweetness and acidity coming from 100% real yuzu and real lemon, peppery notes from ginger and pink peppercorn, and an indistinguishable roundness from caraway and star anise.
