Mount Etna. Situated at 1,870 ft asl in the Etna Natural Park, Ammura is a
37-acre estate that enjoys an exceptional terroir, defined by rich volcanic
soils and a distinctive microclimate, native grape varieties thrive.
Nerello Mascalese is known for its elegance, offering silky tannins, vibrant
minerality, and an aromatic bouquet with notes of red berries, spices,
and ethereal undertones. Carricante, the iconic white variety of Etna,
delivers zesty freshness, lively acidity, and excellent ageing potential,
with aromas of citrus, Mediterranean herbs, and volcanic salinity.
Each bottle of Ammura captures the essence of this rugged and intense
land, translating it into a sensory experience rooted in identity and
character. The estate includes a 1,500-square-metre winery, dedicated to
vinification and aging, where attention to detail and craftsmanship come
