Nerello Mascalese is known for its elegance, offering silky tannins, vibrant minerality, and an aromatic bouquet with notes of red berries, spices, and ethereal undertones. Carricante, the iconic white variety of Etna, delivers zesty freshness, lively acidity, and excellent ageing potential, with aromas of citrus, Mediterranean herbs, and volcanic salinity.
