The bouquet is beautifully round and soft with exotic fruit, peach and nectarine. The aromas are expressive and loud. In the mouth, the wine offers a moment of thinness that follows through with fresh acidity, honey, saffron and toasted nut. Serve this Riserva with a platter of aged Abruzzese pecorino.”
