Tommasi Le Rosse Pinot Grigio strikes a balance between the richer styles of Friuli and the racier expressions of the Veneto. Sourced from the Le Rosse plot, named for its distinctive red soils, this Pinot Grigio offers a spicy nose with hints of tropical fruit, crisp clean flavors, and a round, soft body with a refreshing finish. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and acidity, and the wine is fermented entirely in stainless steel. Ca' Florian is the feather in the cap of the Tommasi family's production in Valpolicella. Amarone Riserva “Ca ‘Florian” is made with selected grapes from one of the oldest vineyards owned by the Tommasi family. The grapes come from vines with an average age of 30 years.
