Winemaking
The grapes are selected for their balanced fruit profile. 4-5 days of cold soak was followed by 8-10 days of alcoholic fermentation and MLF in stainless steel tanks. This Cabernet Sauvignon is varietally pure with a linear structure and well-integrated benefit of light oak contact with an overall fresh fruit profile.

VINTAGE
The 2023 Mendoza vintage faced early spring frosts, leading to reduced yields, followed by a hot, dry summer that accelerated ripening and caused an early harvest. Despite these challenges, the vintage produced high-quality wines, focusing on elegance, natural acidity, and low alcohol. Reds, particularly Malbec from Mendoza and Salta, along with Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon, showed promise. Whites like Chardonnay and Torrontés also showed potential. High-altitude vineyards benefited from temperature variation, while the Zonda wind had an impact.
