Site

Sourced from vineyards perched at 428 meters, the climate is a unique costal desert with a mix of alluvial, silt, clay, limestone and sand oils. Vines are trellised using the traditional canopy system.
Distillation

Hand harvested single estate grapes, gently pressed a single time, naturally fermented into wine, Copper Pot distilled once to proof by varietal, rested & blended according to family tradition. Capurro Pisco is made 100% of grapes, undiluted, unfiltered, and with no additives of any kind at any step of the production process.
Tasting Note

The blend is the family’s flagship, known as their workhorse. Due to its vast spectrum of flavors, it allows for execution of a great classic like a pisco sour/pisco punch as well as a great original cocktails.
