Farmhouse Organic Vodka

Base Ingredients
Anytime custom distills their regenerative organic wheat based vodka to achieve a crisp, clean and smooth profile. It all begins with heritage whole grain. The vodka is made from winter wheat grown by Breathe Deep Farm in Claverack, NY, one of the first certified regenerative organic farms in the U.S.
Production
Farmhouse Vodka is a full grain-to-glass production. Everything is milled, mashed, fermented, and distilled on-site. After cleaning and drying, the grain is milled using a granite stone-burr mill, which preserves nutrients and flavor. Distillation takes place in a Copper Hybrid Pot Still with an elongated whiskey helmet, and the spirits are double distilled through an 8-plate still to 95% purity.
