Farmhouse Organic Gin

The Gin is soft and has a bright heart with gentle organic juniper, sweet holy basil, and lemon thyme. This gin is perfectly dry and versatile to cover all your cocktail needs—from a negroni to a martini or a classic gin & tonic.
Base Ingredients
The base grain for the Farmhouse Gin is Organic Warthog Wheat grown by Breathe Deep Farm in Hudson, NY. Botanicals include Coriander, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Lemon Peel, Juniper, Holy Basil, Lemon Thyme, Lemongrass, Orris Root, & Orange Peel.
Production
Farmhouse Gin is a full grain-to-glass production, with milling, mashing, fermenting, and distilling done from scratch and on-site. After cleaning and drying, the grain is milled using a granite stone-burr mill that preserves nutrients and flavor. Distillation occurs in a Copper Hybrid Pot Still with an elongated whiskey helmet, followed by double distillation through an 8-plate still to 95% purity. The gin is crafted using a vapor infusion process to extract optimal flavors from organic botanicals.
