Made in a fresh, fruity style with minimal intervention, this Sauvignon Blanc strikes a balance between New Zealand and Loire profiles, with tropical fruit notes at its core. WINEMAKING
Fruit is hand-harvested early in the season and whole-cluster pressed before stainless steel fermentation. Aged in neutral oak barrels for three months with weekly lees stirring softens the edges of this bright and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc.
