Pomino Bianco is a refined Tuscan white from the historic Pomino estate, blending Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco to reflect the elegance of the high-altitude vineyards. Crafted with a gentle pressing and fermentation in both steel and French oak, it maintains balance and complexity. The wine shows a shimmering straw yellow color, with aromas of citrus, pear, and green apple, complemented by floral notes of wisteria, chamomile, and hints of tropical fruit like pineapple. Crisp, mineral, and superbly balanced, it is a true expression of Tuscan terroir.

Castello Pomino was constructed in 1500, and the wines grown here have been garnering acclaim as early as 1716 when a proclamation of quality from the Grand Duke listed Pomino alongside Chianti, Carmignano and the Val d’Arno di Sopra. Leonia degli Albizzi married into the Frescobaldi family and brought the winery into its modern era, planting the noble varieties from her native Burgundy at the high altitudes of the area.
