A Guide to Sparkling Wines That Aren’t Champagne to Celebrate the Holidays

Forbes contributor Rachel King included LANGLOIS Crémant de Loire Brut Reserve in her latest feature, “A Guide To Sparkling Wines That Aren’t Champagne To Celebrate The Holidays.” She selects Crémant as an excellent alternative to Champagne, highlighting LANGLOIS as the featured wine recommendation.

The story speaks to other styles of sparkling wine, while noting that Crémant is “France’s answer to affordable sparkling wine from regions outside Champagne.” She provides a bit of winemaking background before diving into the recommendation of LANGLOIS, adding that the estate is owned by the Bollinger family. The LANGLOIS Crémant de Loire Brut Reserve, described as a classic and dry sparkling wine,  “is primarily made from chenin blanc, aged for at least 24 months, resulting in a wine that is rich and refined. It offers aromas of quince, peach and grapefruit with a fresh, long finish.”
