When it comes to heritage, not many wineries can measure up to Domaine d’Aussières. From supplying wine to ancient Rome nearly 2,000 years ago to falling under the ownership of Napoleon after the French Revolution, this tiny village in the Corbières AOC has seen its share of history. In 1999, Aussières was acquired by DBR Lafite and has since become a leader in organic farming, sustainability and social responsibility.
