Schnitzler highlights the estate, founded in 1858 as one of Spain’s oldest and largest wineries, for a complex that spans three buildings, including the original Bodega 1860 cellar, alongside a luxury hotel, spa, and Michelin-starred dining. The centerpiece is what Schnitzler calls the “Cathedral,” a private collection holding a bottle from every vintage dating back to the winery’s first harvest in 1862, just a sliver of the full inventory housed on site.
