Roseblood d’Estoublon Toasts Aspen with a Star-Studded Rosé Brunch

The Gazette covers the Aspen Food & Wine Classic in “From Orange Wine to AI: Notes from Aspen,” and Roseblood, the Provence label from Château d’Estoublon, hosted one of the weekend’s standout moments. The luxury rosé brand welcomed food and wine professionals from across the country to a private brunch at The Limelight Hotel, greeting guests with glasses of sparkling rosé at the door.

The event doubled as a showcase for Colorado’s culinary talent, with Brother Luck, owner of Four by Brother Luck, serving as guest chef and DJ. His wife, Tina Luck, and Ashley Brown, executive chef at Four by Brother Luck, worked the kitchen alongside him, bringing a hometown energy to the Roseblood gathering. The DJ-fueled brunch brought the spirit of the south of France to Aspen.
