Reviews

"Succulence and depth"

Wine & Spirits -

"Chateau de Foutaine-Audon is in the northwest end of the appellation, its 37 acres of vines planted in a band of silex soils on a south facing slope. The aromas perhaps owing to those silex soils, suggest grilled whole grapefruit, while layers of floral notes transition into a deep core of orange kumquat. The acidity keeps it lifted, sustains the wine's succulence and depth with a refreshing, high-tone spice."
