It’s soft-textured with a zing of zesty acidity that nicely motivates the tropical citrus tones within, as chalky minerals collect toward the close. This tapers off with remarkable length, leaving a staining of candied lime, kiwi and hints of sour melon. Attems packed a lot of character into this nicely balanced Sauvignon Blanc.
