Bollinger is now complimentary in Flagship lounges and available for purchase in Admirals Club lounges, part of a broader spring refresh emphasizing whole foods and seasonal produce across the network. The new menus rolled out in Admirals Club lounges on March 16, followed by Flagship locations on April 2, with dishes ranging from braised short rib in Los Angeles to rundown shrimp with coconut milk curry in Miami.
