Wine writer Andrew Chalk focused on Château Minuty in his latest review for The Chalk Report. As he begins to speak about Prestige 2019, he says the winery is among the region’s most respected producers, “and this is their most popular wine in France. It just now comes to the U.S. market. The fruit is entirely estate grown and hand-harvested (rare in the region).”
He offers high praise, continuing “Pale with pomelo highlights, the nose is precise and delicate with notes of flowers and melon. In the mouth, the wine is powerful and well-balanced, with notes of citrus and red fruits, underlined by a pleasant minerality.
