Chef Curtis Stone Cooks Things Up with Champagne Bollinger

Entertainment publication Hollywood Life highlighted Champagne Bollinger’s traveling consumer dinner series, Le Grand Dîner, at celebrity chef Curtis Stone’s Beverly Hills restaurant, Maude. The publication featured two photos from the consumer dinner, which was created in partnership with Resy to celebrate the launch of La Grande Année 2008. Stone was busy in the kitchen most of the night, but made sure to toast the evening with Bollinger Brand Director, West Coast, Valerie McDaniel — celebrating both the new vintage of the prestige cuvee and Maude’s honor of receiving its first Michelin Star. Bollinger is one of the rare Grande Marques that’s still family owned. Known for its rich, elegant and polished style of Champagne, their outstanding wines are the result of rigorous attention to detail and incredibly labor-intensive practices that few houses are willing to undertake. Underscoring its excellence, Bollinger has remained British secret agent James Bond's Champagne of choice since 1973.
